I have achieved a lot, but why do I have apathy and a sense of emptiness? At first, I was enthusiastic about creating a business, but now I do not want anything, although everything is developing successfully. What’s wrong with me?»

Emotional burnout is a state of fatigue and apathy against the background of chronic stress, turning into disappointment, cynicism, and disgust. The syndrome can affect any person regardless of age, social status. According to the latest statistics, 57% of employees experience emotional exhaustion and internal emptiness, 82% feel a sense of loss and emotional indifference, 70% do not see the point in their activities.

Psychologist Vyacheslav Khalansky shared simple recommendations on how to help yourself with emotional burnout, chronic stress and fatigue:

  • Learn to stop
  • Watch the power
  • Think about values
  • Look around and notice life(go on a date with your half! If there is no couple, then this is a great opportunity to find it, for example on a Dating site)
  • Drink more water
  • Walk at least 30 minutes a day
